On Wednesday, June 15, Acting Surgeon General Dr. Devika Bhushan participated in a panel, We Know What We Need to Heal: Letting Youth Build Healing-Centered Spaces, as part of a two-day Youth Mental Wellness Summit in Los Angeles hosted by the U.S. Surgeon General and The California Endowment. The panel, which focused on youth mental health, also featured Melissa Stafford Jones of California’s Child & Youth Behavioral Health Initiative, Dr. Robert Ross from The California Endowment and three youth leaders.
