Widespread stress and anxiety can result in an increase of stress-related health conditions. Luckily, there are simple things we can do to counteract this.

These seven strategies (quality sleep, balanced nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness practices, experiencing nature, mental healthcare, and supportive relationships) can help protect your mental health.
